FormGrab is a module for EE4 to make it easy to add forms to your website. Simply create your forms in HTML, add the FormGrab tag and you are instantly capturing data. There is no complicated set-up and you can add forms to your site in a matter of minutes.

There is a simple-to-use Control Panel screen to see the form submissions, and the forms can be configured to redirect to ‘thank you’ pages, email notifications and save the submitted data to the database.
