Help to locate plugin to truncate entry text by paragraph (not word or character)?

Long time ago, there are two plugins Limiter and Filter_HTML that can truncate entry text by paragraph (such as 1 paragraph, 2 paragraphs), akin to truncating by word or character.

I like to know if anyone still has the Limiter plugin that you can post on the forum. Alternatively, is there another plug that can truncate by paragraphs?

Please help!
