The latest Tags update/build downloaded from the EE site appears to lack the needed
“update script”. The need was noted when accessing the EE CP>Module after performing an ftp
upload of the latest version.
My EE version is 2.6, build 20081212

Doug, this module is supported by Solspace. You might have better luck at their forum.
