Plugin: Add VAT

I wrote a ‘verrrrry’ simple plug-in today to perform a simple task, add vat to any numeric figure. The plug-in accepts a price and a VAT/tax rate and then returns the price plus VAT/tax.

I’m sure someone has already written something similar but this does the job for me, hopefully it will be of use to others also. 😊
