IE7 redraw problems in CP with some extensions (Playa, MH File)

I realize there is no official support for 3rd party add ons - but maybe someone has seen this before and can help.
I have lots of extensions installed including Playa and MH File, and when my client goes into the CP in IE7 and goes to publish/edit any weblog entry where these fields are involved, he sees something like this:
If the page is scrolled a couple of times or the tabs are switched, sometimes the fields line up correctly - like they snap into place.
Anyone seen this and fixed it? I’ve disabled as many extensions as I can without breaking functionality and it hasn’t changed anything.

Your linked images appear to be broken. Can you please update them (even attach them) so we can review your issue correctly?
I am also going to move it to the Extension forum as you might get feedback from any of the 3rd party developers of your installed extensions.

I notice you are also using some of LG’s extensions.
I’m hoping that Playa’s developer can chime in here. I’m not sure if our issue is with LG or Playa. Hopefully, it is a simple CSS fix.
