CSVGrab and category groups

We’re currently using CSVGrab to import a bunch of data into a new EE site. However, the weblog that we’re importing data into has several category groups assigned to it. However, we’re having issues with the import. Specifically, the plugin ignores all but one of the category groups.

Is there any way to import multiple category groups, and if so, what is the plugin syntax?
