Entry Gallery Control Panel malfunction

Hi to all, Before all, I’ve already read all the buzz around the Entry Gallery Module by Victor Gutierrez and I don’t want to start a flame.
I’m seeking for some help to figure out how to resolve a nasty bug by myself.
I use Entry Gallery on a bunch of sites and, from about 2 days ago, in all of them I’m struggling with a nasty beahviour when uploading more than one image.
When I upload the first image all seems to work, but when I upload the second, although the upload operation end correcly (the file is succesfully uploaded), the frame in which the uploaded images are shown iss filled with a copy of the Control Panel. (Look in the attachments for a screenshot)
Is anyone having the same problem? Some hints?

In some sites I’ve activate the LG TinyMce Extension, in some not. Same problem in both cases.
btw I’ve got the same problem, but I’m not experimented.

The Entry Gallery start working properly.
