Syntax error using SL Freshview Subscribe

using SL Freshview Subscribe v.1.1.0 i uploaded all the files in the correct directories on my server and get this when i go to extensions manager:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '(', expecting '}' in /html/system/extensions/ext.sl_freshview_subscribe.php on line 440i tried multiple times with and without the jQuery control panel extension enabled
any help would be much appreciated

Apologies for the delay in responding to this, I only just noticed it. For future reference, the official support thread is the best place to get hold of me.
The latest version of SL Freshview Subscribe is 1.2.0. As a first step, could you download and install that, and let me know if it solves the problem.
