TinyMCE "Insert Link" not working

Has anyone ever had issues using the “Insert/Edit a Link” button when using TinyMCE?
I get a blank, unrendered pop-up window with a title of {advanced_dlg.liink_title} …

I am not using LG TinyMCE.
I am simply using the extension as laid out in Method 2 from http://expressionengine.com/wiki/TinyMCE/
Would you recommend LG TinyMCE?

I’d try Leevi’s offering. In the mean time, I’m going to move this over to the Extensions forum for additional community interaction.

Able to install Leevi’s extension with minimal muss and fuss. Everything seems to be working swimmingly.
