TinyBrowser's Modal Not Working Properly

Currently right now when when activating TinyBrowser from the LG Tinymce it does not load in a modal it goes to the bottom of the page. Has anyone else had this problem and has a fix? Thanks.

Figured it out. My “/scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/inlinepopups/skins/clearlooks2/window.css” was not there, kind of weird. Must have not ever got uploaded.
