Hi all,

Im trying to run Fieldframe extension on Windows 2003 with xampp… The issue Ive got is the setting “Path to your “fieldtypes” folder”.

Ive got the following ” C:\xampp\htdocs\adminsystem\extensions\fieldtypes\ where my folder is located.

I even tried “C:/xampp/htdocs/adminsystem/extensions/fieldtypes/” using forwardslahes.

When I go back to my Fieldframe settings I always get the following error “FieldFrame couldn’t find any fieldtypes within your fieldtypes folder. Make sure your fieldtypes folder path setting is correct.”.I have made it read-only just to see if this was the issue but still no go.

Any help would be appreciated

Steve

Hey stevegio, I was able to get my fieldframes working on IIS (not xampp) without issue with a path like this: “C:\inetpub\wwwcorp\admin\extensions\fieldtypes\/”. Didn’t notice the trailing backslash until I went back and looked, an not sure if it’s doing anything, but this path works for me. Good luck.

Seems the download I got from Brandon’s website 1 week ago just had the fieldframe extension and not the default fieldframe files types.

I just downloaded a newer version of teh ip file - ” fieldframe_112.zip” and it had more files in the zip file.

Uploaded them to the server and wallah. All working. Found the fieldframes
