Equivalent of tweetmeme

I am wondering if anyone has developed the equivalent of tweetmeme for Expression. Specifically I want to create a button that says ‘tweet this’ The user click on the button and it links to the clickers twitter page (if they have one) and enters the info with a bitly shortened URL, all ready to go
So basically it generate a link like:
http://twitter.com/home/?status=RT+@fireuser+FireUser+Blog:+Top+ten+tips+for+CAD+workstation+tuning+http://bit.ly/Tr8rI
Any plug-ins like this? Or has anyone written any cod that can do this (essentially put ‘+’ symbols between title words, and convert the permalink to a bitly URL

Does this plugin still work? I installed it and put it into a template, but then the template came up blank.
