EEPoll - asking for username and password when logged in

hi,

I’m using the EEpoll module, and if a member is logged into the site, when you attempt to vote, it says;

The form you submitted contained the following errors * You must submit your username and password Return to Previous Page

I’ve embedded the poll, and am using the following code in the template that’s being called in the embed

          <div class="poll-title">
               <h2>SH Readers Poll</h2>
         </div>
                          {exp:eepoll poll_id="latest"}
                          {poll}
                          {/exp:eepoll}
         </div><!--/content -->

If I am logged out, all is well and good…

Any ideas are most welcome 😊
