How Do I?

Issue possibly linked to extensions. Can someone please take a look at the attached? It shows the page plus the extensions installed on the site.

The extensions were disabled and then enabled, and now previously displayed images and sections of the pages are only showing in their code form.

Is there a way of going back on site-wide revisions to before the extensions were changed, or are revisions limited to a page? Will the previous images and text still be accessible?

Many thanks

Wow, how to start… 1. Revisions are only for the raw template code, NOT site-wide. You can only roll back what you’ve done in the template editor. 2. Seems you are using an old 2.x version, i see you have the SafeCrackerr extension installed. SafeCracker was included in Core since 2.2 if i remember right. Which version you use? 3. I have a 2.10.1 install that is slightly different, i mean your extensions site screenshot. You have only the enable/disable links right in the extensions screen. I have a additional deinstall link, maybe introduced in a later version. That means: Some extensions store their data in their own database tables, like Matrix as example. If i would click the disable link, the extension would only disabled, data remains in the database, if i would click deinstall, data in the databasewould also be deleted. I think (dont call me idiot if im wrong) if you click the disable link deletes also the database table used by the extension, and your data (i.e. Link to image).

The only way back is a backup you have done before you disabled the extensions. Hope you got what I meant, and you have a backup =)

Edit: Fast reply destroyed the formatting…
