Is that possible to buy EE 2.10.3?

One of my client would like to use Blocks add-on for their content, however, Blocks add-on only support Expression Engine 2. When I login to Ellislab store, I only able to purchase EE 3.2. Is that possible to purchase EE2? It not, does anyone know any alternative add-on which support EE3 and do the same function as Blocks?
