I have a scenario that I’m working through & I’m looking for some advice… My client uses Hubspot for their CRM… but we are using EE for their Website.
I am creating Landing pages for email marketing campaigns, but the they want to use Contact forms generated out of Hubspot in the pages. What HubSpot provides is Embed code for use outside of their system. I use this code throughout the site successfully when I place it in templates.
They want Custom Contact forms on each landing page I am considering placing an unformatted text field in the channel entry form for them to create their own forms in Hubspot & then Paste the Embed code into the unformatted text field and then store to the database
Initially, this doesn’t sound like an advisable approach to me, but would EE even allow that code to be placed in the database?
Thoughts?
