Restore File Manager modal window file search form.

One of the things that EE v1 was missing was a file manager. We used Low’s file manager to fill that gap for our clients that had many files.

EE v2 incorporated Low’s file manager functionality and added it to the file upload modal window of the publish/edit pages and this was a great addition.

EE v3 is currently re-binding the file manager modal to the file upload HTML button (an oversight), but the file manager modal is missing the file name search form, functionality that my clients have become reliant on. Especially those clients that manage 100’s of .pdf file documents on their site.

I understand that this functionality was left out do to a miscommunication, but as I’m moving clients over to v3 of EE now, and they are republishing and rearranging content now, I need to do my part to advocate for the return of this functionality to EE sooner rather than later.

When you don’t know the exact name of a file, having an alphabetized list of files to paginate through is not too helpful.
