Can I relate a channel entry to a member?

I need to be able to show logged in members a list of channel entries that they are ‘tagged’ or related to. Is this possible with native EE3.3.0?

Note: I’d rather not use the ‘Include Members in Author List’ option as this requires the admin to remember to select a different tab and pick an author (member) which then loses the history of which admin has created the post.
