Uploading Image not working

Hello guys,
I’m having a problem while I trying to upload a image when creating a new entry , here are screenshot of the error.
Any ideas why this is happening? I have increased the memory_limit already and still hasn’t fixed the error.

EDIT: The image correctly uploads each time. But it doesn’t show in the publish form. I just get the error shown below.

Looks like you are running out of memory, your PHP process needs more memory than your server has allowed it to have. You’ll have to increase that value.

Yeah I have tried that already and still not working. It’s strange because the image is uploading. Is there a chance it could be something else?
