After using "Save" button in Entry form, preserve open/closed panels

When editing content in a panel (field) that is collapsed by default, it’s annoying to have to re-expand the field’s panel after hitting the “Save” button, and to have to close others to make the page shorter.

It would be great if the opened and closed state of the panels would be preserved during a page reload resulting from using the “Save” button.

.. Especially now that edit pages are so much longer due to us not being able to move fields next to each other in the same rows as we could in EE 2.0 before EE became smartphone friendly.
