Any time I go to upload a file I get this error: “File could not be recorded in the database.” It doesn’t matter if it’s within a channel entry, file manager, etc. All paths are correct to file upload destinations as well as permissions.
This problem stemmed from this initial issue I had here https://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/249411/ but it seems I haven’t totally fixed the problem. Any idea on how to fix this or where to look?
I seem to have found out the overall issue. When I imported my db, for some reason, no primary keys or indexes were set. Auto_Increment wasn’t set either on my primary keys.
I’m having to check each tables structure in the broken db with the working (exported from) database. WHAT. A. PAIN.
