I have just installed EE3 and it will not recognize any modules I have added to the Add Ons Folder. I have tried installing gmap, structure and WYWGAM. I have read the documentation for this in the EE3 and am following it. My add on are in /system/user/addons & themes/user/ I am using centos 7 with apache2

Did you install the add-ons for V3? If so, when you go to the add-ons page and scroll to the bottom, are they not listed there?

Sounds like it might be this issue- has to do with an improper PDO configuration. We added an accommodation for it in 3.4.6 so if you aren’t on that version+ I’m betting that’s what it is. There’s a temp fix in the bug report- I’d hold out for the 3.5 release today before updating.
