It's this a bug?

When I try to delete existing Template Partials and Template Variables, the message confirms that all entries are deleted but nothing happened, the entries remain.

Update: I cannot delete the variables that come by default with default theme. But still, they are not Standard Global Variables, so why I cannot remove them?
