IE prompts to open or save json result which comes from server

In IE11, if I try to upload a file to server using File Upload in File fieldtype (or Editor), the browser prompts me to open or save admin.json file. The file I try to upload is uploaded to the server, but in File Upload window the indicators of the upload status never change away from “uploading” and the spinning. If I try to upload a file from File Manager, it works I’m using EE 3.5.1 Thanks
