Image resize keep proportions

Hi,

I’m using the Crop/Rotate/Resize tools in the file manager. I’m guessing the Resize tool should keep proportions intact in some ways. But it doesn’t. Is this a bug? Is there a trick? If I recall it used to update width and height automatically if I edited one or the other.
