Session Plugin: name parameter must be entered

I have a problem when trying to finish a payment. I added a product in the cart, entered the personal information, the credit card and its details and the payment is successful. But instead of going on the confirmation page, it shows me this error:

Session Plugin: name parameter must be entered

I’m using ExpressionEngine v2.5.5 with CartThrob Pro v2.2.9. Any solution for this problem?
