Close Modal (and re-open) Glitchy

Closing a modal using the X (like the Developer Log “Remove All Developer Logs” confirmation) causes a flash of the overlay after the fade-out animation. It also doesn’t re-set the opacity so if you click the Remove All Developer Logs button again, the modal instantly appears, fades out, then fades back in.
