Channel Titles / Field Names -> Enable Umlaut-Conversion

Hello World.

I’ve noticed, the URL title automatically converts “Umlaute / Umlauts” like äöü into ae, oe and ue, when they are present in the Title of a channel entry. Channel titles and field names however are not converted. Would it be possible to add this in an upcoming release?
