Allow customization of presented fields in member registration form

I would love to have the option to choose which fields appear on the member registration screen … or at the very least, bring back Screen Name as a default field.

Right now I’m writing up a manual for a client, and I have to tell them to:

1. Register a member
2. Click “All Members”
3. Find and click on the member they just created
4. Click on the “Username and Password” link in the sidebar
5. Fill in the member’s Screen Name

A member’s screen name doesn’t seem like an obscure or rarely-used field, so it seems strange that it’s so hidden in the process.
