Bring back preview links (in addition to live preview)

Many thanks for adding the live preview mode—this is a great addition!

The only problem with it is the removal of the old preview links. At my organization we used these preview links for internal previews, which now we can’t do (unless our content editors construct the links manually, which is quite annoying).

I think it would be better if the preview link in the entry list (the little eye icon) still opened an old school preview link, whereas the live preview just ran from the button in the CP editor page.

Hey James, thanks for the feedback. Is the issue that you have folks that need to preview who do not have control panel access, or maybe not even permissions to create entries in that channel?

Thanks for the the reply. It’s the former—for example, a content editor creates a blog post, but someone in another department (without EE access) needs to preview it before it goes live.
