Bring back direct links to files in file manager

In EE2 the file manager had buttons with direct links to uploaded files. It would be really nice to have this back (and should be quite easy to implement I would think).

Right now, a lot of our staff upload PDFs to our website, but then have to chase down the link manually for using outside of EE (i.e., in an email).
