How to add final segment automatically to site address

The site address is visionarysociety.org. When visitors go to this home page I would like them to see the popup at visionarysociety.org/#openModalaa. How can I automatically add this final segment?
I’ve tried using both the embed and the redirect function, but those only send to templates.

All right, I thought there might be have been a way to do that natively on Expressionengine, but I suppose not. I’ll use the standard universal methods.

Not sure I follow your original question, but side note one of the advantages of ExpressionEngine is that you fully control the markup, so not special techniques are needed, you can use standard markup and scripting to accomplish your needs.
