Create Directory

Hi everybody, I hope that sombody will help me, I need to create folder for each page content and template, but when I go to create new folder to upload, the result is not good, EE it show that every thing is ok but it didn’t any new folder where I decided to to it. More, offten happen see point 1)

this is the (Triple) problem:

1) if I create new directory named “test” in “{base_url}images/uploads/” in frontend everything look good, with a new dir in ee dir window, but fisically in the “{base_url}images/uploads/” the new dir is not created. Why???!!

2) if I create new directory named “test2” in “{base_url}images/uploads/test/” in frontend I get in this case error showed in the image 2. Why

3) if I upload some file, in the image 1 is the error that I get. Why??!!

folder permission everything ok :(
