Upgrade Error

I just upgraded from v3.5.15 to the current 4.3.6.
Upon completion of the upgrade, I am receiving this error message:
Fatal error: Class ‘EllisLab\ExpressionEngine\Service\Formatter\FormatterFactory’ not found in…
Any thoughts on why?

You seem to be missing a file. Make sure this isn’t missing:
ee/EllisLab/ExpressionEngine/Service/Formatter/FormatterFactory.php
