Rename or delete existing tabs in channel layouts

Much like it was in EE2…

Our clients and with them we encounter comprehension problems again and again, because we cannot determine the tabs in the layouts 100% by ourselves. Since this possibility still existed in EE2, there were probably good reasons to change it from EE3 - but for everyone outside the English-speaking world this would be a clear relief.
