ExpressionEngine News links in CP don't work

I noticed that the ExpressionEngine News links in the control panel of my site don’t work. It seems like the anti-spam feature that masks outgoing URLs is causing them to redirect to my site’s 403 forbidden page.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or is it specific to just my EE install? It’s not particularly important, because it doesn’t affect functionality, but I thought it was curious.

Sorry for the trouble, Alex. Do you have mod_security enabled? If so, it might be tripping a rule in there, maybe something to do with query strings, best to check your server logs to make sure.
