EE 4.3.1 - Edited Grid Enty - Error: You are not authorized to access this page - Entry Disappeared

Title tells the issue. SuperAdmin (only member).
Edited a large Grid Field - adding 6 grids - hit save. Got the error message. Went back to admin, entry gone. View website - Entry not loading. Checked DataBase - Entry is still there. Logged out / in. Still no entry.
Help.
