Image thumbnails in the CP should reflect the actual aspect ratio of an image, i.e. portrait or landscape.

At the moment, images are always displayed in a square format both in the file selection and in the upload, which makes the unambiguous identification of an image more difficult. Therefor Image thumbnails should reflect the actual aspect ratio of an image, i.e. portrait or landscape.
