I’m using the accessible captchas extension with FreeForm. I’m wondering if I need to remove the variable {captcha_word} from <input type=”text” name=”captcha” value=”{captcha_word}” size=”20” maxlength=”20” style=”width:140px;” />?

If I don’t remove it, it just shows “{captcha_word}” in the input field.

Deron,

Have you tried asking the guy who made that extension if he has tried to make it work with FreeForm before?

Well, that would seem like an obvious thing to ask the creator of the accessible captcha, but no, I haven’t asked him. 😊

At any rate, I did get it working. I just forgot about posting this thread. I simply removed {captcha_word} from the input value and everything seems fine.

😊

Makes sense. I suspect you really wouldn’t want the {captcha_word} value to be showing under normal conditions.
