publish_form_entry_data extension hook doesn't fire during Publish!

Help! I’m trying to access the values for entry_id, weblog_id, and title after an entry has been published.

However, I don’t get any action from Publish, only from Edit. I would like to get some action from both, but be able to determine which of the two functions called my extension.

How do I do this if publish_form_entry_data doesn’t fire for Publish?
