LG Better Meta Only Shows Default Values

We have filled out the meta information for several sections of our site using the LG Better Meta extension. However, the information is not pulled into the sections other than the default information that we provided in the admin area. What are we doing wrong?
My guess is not reading the documentation :p
You’ll need to pass either the entry_id or url_title to your embeded template.
