Insert File icon not appearing even though added to button list

Hi - I’m trying to integrate tinybrowser (http://www.lunarvis.com/products/tinymcefilebrowserwithupload.php) to manage file and image uploads into tiny mce in conjunction with the lg_tinymce plugin. The extension works great when I want to upload images by clicking on tinymce’s image icon, but when I add “insertfile” to the buttons list, it does not show up. I’m guessing I need that icon to be able to upload files?

Any idea what’s going on or advice on the best way to allow my users to be able to upload files?
