Dates on Plugins

I notice that all the plugins seem to have been updated on December 1, 2008.

This is true, even if the plugin hasn’t been updated.
Any idea why? Can you fix this?

A number of the code samples required tweaking due to some typography changes, so where that happened, the ‘edit date’ changed- which is what you’re seeing in there as the update date. Since any version changes likely have their own dates as well, we didn’t backdate the edit changes. (And can’t realistically roll them back now.)
Make sense what’s up there?
