Okay, I’ve made a release that will now allow all users to edit all linklists, therefore, you can share links with other users. the only restriction is in the groups and access of the module itself. so now it has no restrictions. However if you arenot into sharing the links with users, don’t upgrade to this as you’ll lose the ability to have your own linklists.

direct download

to update, you only need to copy over the mcp.linklist.php file.

otherwise install is the same.

Just tried the new version and logged in as another member with privileges to access the module. Worked like a charm. Awesome. Thank you.

I also tried your new version. Works very well and will be a fantastic solution for our shared links repository.

Great job! THANK You!

Yoshi.

Any thoughts on updating the linklist plugin for 2.0?

In the event that it does need it and there’s a demand for it, I’ll update it.

I would certainly support an update… Our community uses this valuable plug-in.. See http://acecommunities.ca (two link libraries near bottom of page.. Training Ops and Resource LInks..).

Only wish that Linklist(s) integrated better with(in) weblogs… and/or had a better keyword facility for searching. Either one would improve the capability and respect of EE and you the author. I am using LinkUp Gold in the meantime. ~D
