I’m running 1.3.3 of the excellent Playa extension, but in a PHP4 environment. To achieve this, I’ve used firstly Mark Huot’s PHP fix and also this fix from husch.

It all appears to work well, apart from statuses. My ‘callout’ weblog has two statuses set (lets call them manual and auto) and I only want Playa to pull status manual, but when I go to publish/edit a page it shows the autos in the Playa box also.

Neither of the fixes above appear to contain anything that’d cause grief, but what do I know! Anyone else having this problem?

Ahha. I’ve just spotted that in fact this is working fine - Playa still allows you to allocate pages, but they get greyed out to indicate that they won’t appear. I assumed it would omit them from the selection entirely (which I’d actually favor for my current project - feature request?)

Yup, that’s the expected behavior.
