SimpleCommerce - Purchases not being added & Sandbox Testing

Hi,
I’ve setup a site which handles payments using the SimpleCommerce module. Everything works fine up to the point after payment has been confirmed. It successfully redirects users back to the site and displays the confirmation but the purchases are not appearing on the system and no email notifications are sent. Puchases can only be made by logged in users so, this isn’t a cause of the problem.
This makes me wonder if the IPN is functioning correctly?
I’m using the default business and personal sandbox accounts PayPal sets up - should I setup manual ones?

I’m not sure if you’ve figured this out yet, but I had a similar problem. I went into my fake business account and noticed the purchase was there, but was “Under Review”. On the details page, at the bottom, it gives you the option to confirm the purchase. As soon as I did, the purchase showed up in my Control Panel.
