Well I’m not having much luck with plugins today … I gave this a shot, but I am getting nothing on output … blank page.

I am using the example code from the readme file, changing the station code to my locality. It is in a template by itself … if I can get this working, I will pull that into my main page as an embed.

Any clues on this?

can you post the code that you’re using?

What’s your locality? Mine is KCMI. It’s working fine. If you try the one for Paris, does it work for you?

Oh yeah, I parse php on input by default. Don’t think that makes a difference.

What is your template set to?

It’s what is in the readme file, with the location code changed:

{exp:world_weather:current station="KDKX" cache_refresh="300"}
<h1>Weather in Knoxville, TN</h1>
Temperature: {temperature_f}°F ({temperature_c}°C)<br />
Feels Like: {feels_like_f}°F ({feels_like_c}°C)<br />

Dew Point: {dew_point_f}°F ({dew_point_c}°C)<br />
Humidity: {humidity}%<br />
Barometer: {barometer_in} in. Hg ({barometer_hpa} hPa)<br />
Sky Conditions: {sky_condition}<br />

It’s 404 not found for some reason, try using another location code…. I need to add some error checking later.

redo: Thank you for World Weather! I’ve been considering xoapWeather but found the weather.com license too restrictive for our use. What I love abotu xoapWeather, though, is the icons and the extended forecast options.

I’d love to see these features included in World Weather: a nice icon set and an extended forecast.

Thanks.

This is very cool. Thanks redo. Have been looking for a weather script. I plan on incorporating ASAP! I take it we can change the descriptions of the various conditions to whatever we like?
