Tiny Mce 'Paste from Word' not working on some machines

Anyone come across this problem?
On my own machine no problem, but on others when I click the ‘Paste from Word’ button in TinyMCE, I can’t paste into the window that pops up; there is no flashing cursor. I can’t figure it out and it’s the most important function.
I can’t find what’s different on other machines, they’re also using Firefox 3.0.4 Logging in with different admin rights doesn’t change anything either The expression Engine version is 1.6.6
Worth noting is that something else acts differently on their computers. I have ‘click here’ to edit on pages for logged in users and they’re not seeing them either. (When they are definitely logged in).
Any pointers greatly appreciated.
Just in case anyone has the same problem I’ve (kind of resolved) this.
The Template Access Restriction really doesn’t act as I would expect it to. I did lots of testing last night and restricting template access for some groups (ie non registered guests) screws up some things for everyone (except super admins).
So I’ve had to put a (not-yet-ready site) live so people can start inputting content. I know - I probably should have set-up on a dev server.
EDIT - no I was wrong that didn’t resolve it.
