Simple Commerce Question

Hello, am looking for some assistance. I am looking to sell one item using simple commerce a the moment. This item will be a CD which can be pre-ordered. The CD can only be collected by a fan at a live show. I have a separate weblog of upcoming live shows and I would like to use the Show Date / Show City and Show Venue fields from this weblog on my page and submit this data.

Can someone tell me if this is possible and where I might start?
