Structure Module - No Structure data currently exists

Anybody using the Structure module receive the following message after installation (also see screen shot):
“No Structure data currently exists.”
I have followed the instructions here (http://www.ngenworks.com/software/ee/structure/)
and also the new Jamboree tutorial (http://jambor-ee.com/tutorials/structure)
I can’t seem to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance to anybody with ideas on how to solve it.

your issue sounds similar to the one I had, until i found this thread http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/91290/P360/#533623
It’s apparently just a CSS bug..
go to
/modules/structure/css/structure.css
Change line 106 in this file from color #FFF to something else… #096 ?
Then you can see the settings button on the far right just below the admin tab.
